Our Board of Directors determine the policies of the organization, including those with regard to community and funding agency needs and internal
organization and operation. Our Board is composed of Consumer members, Community members, and Provider members. Consumer
members as a group, represent our patients being served in terms of demographic factors such as race, ethnicity, and sex.
