COVID-19 Testing

**COVID-19 Testing available at all CHSI sites!**

CHSI is offering rapid antigen COVID-19 testing at all CHSI locations. Tests are available ONLY for CHSI patients.

In-house testing is by appointment only.

In-house test results available 24-72 hours from when test is administered

No appointment needed to receive a take-home test.

Take-home tests are to be self-administered.
Self-administered test results available 10-15 minutes after test is taken.
